David has been excellent guiding us thru the Medicare sign up process. All our questions were throughly covered so we could make the right choice of plan.He made the process of plan comparison easy, clearly outlining the differences in coverage, so we could find a good fit. The enrollment periods to switch plans, and any penalties for the future were clearly defined … so much to consider and take into account for the future - who new it would be so complex - but for us it was.David will be checking in with us to see if our coverage is still a good fit for our needs each annual enrollment period, and offer other options if needed.
