Last updated: 10 Oct. 2026

Program name: David Wolfe Insurance Appointment Messages

1. WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

If you agree to receive text messages when you call David Wolfe Insurance to schedule an appointment, we will send text messages about that appointment only: confirmations, reminders, and changes. We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.

2. HOW YOU AGREE (OPT-IN)

You opt in by saying yes during a phone call when asked if you would like a text confirmation of your appointment. Before you agree, you are told that message and data rates may apply, that message frequency varies, and that you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any product or service, or of scheduling an appointment.

3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies. You will usually receive one to three messages per appointment.

4. COSTS

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

5. HOW TO OPT OUT

Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then no more texts. You can also tell us on a call or email david@davidwolfeinsurance.com. If you opt out, we may still call you about your appointment.

6. HOW TO GET HELP

Reply HELP, email david@davidwolfeinsurance.com, or call (858) 434-7272.

7. CARRIERS

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
